  • In this session, we will look at the basics of how to create and use dashboard to analyze and review data on the system. Dashboards are completely customizable and can be easily created for multiple specific and general functions throughout the system. They can also be shared with other specific users and Permission Groups. It's important to note that information visible on dashboards is restricted to the users viewing permissions and hierarchy placements.   • The Audit module is utilized for creating and perming Audits. On this Audit Template Creation session, we show how an Audit Module Administrator can create a new Audit Template for use by Auditors on the EHS Platform.   • On this Audit reporting session, we will show how an Auditor can select, set up and complete an audit on the system. The audit module is utilized for creating and performing Audits.   • In this session, we will look at completing an Observation within the EHS system. The observations module uses templates created by system administrators to allow others to perform checks on procedures and work that's being carried out. Not only can these observations be used to highlight risk, but they can also be used to highlight positives.   • In this session, we will look at creating a template inside the Observation module. In order to create a Template, you are required to edit Lists and Permissions, so template creating is therefore restricted to system administrators.   • Incident Logging is a key element if the EHS platform. Not only does is act as record of any events which may have occurred, but the information captured can be used to plan Actions, and create detailed reports to highlight improvements to your working environment. All of this is dependent on the ability to log the events ants quickly and accurately.   • In this session, we will look at the advanced stages of the Incident module. These stages progress on from an Incident being logged and submitted, and are controlled by separate permissions. Triage is designed to see if an investigation is required and this is an optional step and may not be configured on all systems. Investigation allows a detailed analysis of why the Incident took place. Sign Off is about ensuring that senior staff are happy with the Investigation which has taken place.   • In this session, we will look at Lost Time Management with the EHS system. It's important to note that Lost Time Records can only be created from inside an Incident Record on the Event Details tab. The Lost Time Record created here is automatically linked to the original incident and will update information back into the Incident Record.It's also important to note that each work period affected by lost time (i.e. 5 days working week) would need to be recorded as individual occurrences on the same Lost Time Record.
